Alpha Pitt Smokers – Yorktown, VA

Alpha Pitt Smokers is looking for energetic, reliable servers to join our team. We’re a fast-paced BBQ restaurant with a full bar and a focus on great food and genuine hospitality.

If you can stay organized, move with urgency, and take care of guests the right way, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide attentive, friendly service to every guest
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
  • Run food, check back, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
  • Handle cash and card transactions correctly
  • Maintain clean, organized sections and complete side work
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
  • Help support team members during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle high-volume shifts without losing composure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Availability for nights and weekends
  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (but not required for the right person)

Pay
